Vivo is all set to launch its much-awaited Vivo V29 series of smartphones in India early next month. The screen will be removed from the standard Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro models included in this lineup on October 4.
The specifications of the standard model are no longer unknown, as it has already been launched in the global market. On the other hand, the V29 Pro model is said to be the rebranded version of the Vivo S17 Pro that debuted in China last May. And now the leaked report has revealed the camera and battery specifications of the Vivo V29 series.

reported by The Tech Outlook, the series will have a 50-megapixel selfie
camera, which will support a 93-degree field-of-view and i-autofocus. The
series will be equipped with an Aura Lite LED flash with color temperature
support. Both the models in this series will feature an India-exclusive
photography feature called Wedding Mode. Besides, the rear camera setup of the
Vivo V29 Pro will house a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera with optical
image stabilization (OIS) support and a 12-megapixel Sony IMX663 portrait
camera with 2x optical zoom.
It
is also reported that the Vivo V29 will come in two configurations – 8GB RAM +
128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. On the other hand, the V29 Pro will
be available in two variants – 8GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with
256GB storage. Both the phones will support up to 8GB of virtual RAM.
The Vivo V29 series phones will have a 4,600mAh battery that will support 80W fast charging. This will be the fastest charging speed seen on a Vivo V-series phone yet. According to the leaked document, this charging technology can charge the phone up to 50 percent in just 18 minutes and fully charge the battery in 50 minutes.
