Along with the Nothing Phone (2a) smartphone, the brand launched the CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds products last night. The Nothing CMF Buds earbuds are the cheaper version of the CMF Buds Pro launched last September.
The two new audio products have a lot in common in terms of features, but there are significant differences in their design. ANC feature is available on both the earphones. Let's take a look at the price, features and specifications of the new Nothing CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds earphones.
Price and availability of Nothing CMF Neckband Pro and Nothing CMF Buds
The Nothing CMF Neckband
Pro and CMF Buds earphones are priced at Rs 1,999 and Rs 2,499 respectively in
the Indian market. Both devices come in Black, White and Orange colors. Apart
from the company's own website, the two new audio devices will be available for
purchase from e-commerce sites Flipkart and Myntra.
Specifications and features of Nothing CMF Neckband Pro and Nothing CMF Buds
As the name suggests,
the CMF Neckband Pro earphone comes in a neck band style and is a Bluetooth
wireless earphone. And it has a smart dial for sound control. When not in use,
the earbuds stay connected to each other through two magnets.
On the other hand, the
Nothing CMF Neckband Pro gadget has a 50-decibel hybrid active noise
cancellation feature. It also comes with 13.6mm custom dynamic drivers. Not
only that, it has five mics with AI noise cancellation to provide a better call
experience. This is not the end! Environmental Adaptive ANC feature is available
in the earphone to avoid ambient noise. It will also have Ultra Bass technology
to control five different bass levels. Besides, it is possible to control the
earphone from the smartphone through the Nothing X app. Additionally, the
neckband will offer spatial audio and a 360-degree listening experience. Along
with that, this earphone has wind noise reduction technology.
Again, according to the
company, the Nothing CMF Neckband Pro earphones can provide a power backup of
up to 37 hours with the ANC feature off and 23 hours with the ANC feature on.
It has an IP55 rating for protection against water.
Now let's talk about Nothing CMF Buds earbuds. It comes in in-ear design
with stem and silicone ear tip. And the new earbuds come with a square charging
case that features the company's aluminum alloy dial.
Meanwhile, the earbuds
feature 12.4mm bio fiber and custom TPU drivers. It even has a 42-decibel
transparency feature with transparency mode. Moreover, the earphone has four
mics, which will provide HD quality audio. Apart from this, the earbud is also
able to avoid wind noise. Moreover, the headset features Bluetooth 5.3 and dual
device connectivity. It even supports Google First Pair and Microsoft Swift
Pair.
The company claims that
the battery of the CMF Buds earbuds can provide up to 5.6 hours of power backup
with the ANC feature on and 8 hours with the ANC feature off on a single
charge. And with the charging case, the earphone can be used for up to 35 hours.
It has an IP54 rating for protection against water and dust.
