Today (March 26) Vivo is going to appear with a bunch of new surprises The company is set to launch the Vivo X-Fold 3 series of foldable phones,
the Vivo Pad 3 Pro tablet and the Vivo TWS 4 earbuds at an event today. Besides the Vivo X100s series, the company is also working on a premium flagship phone called the Vivo X100 Ultra. Vivo X100s is expected to launch in India next month. Before that, the higher-end VivoX100s Pro model has received approval from China's 3C. Let's take a look at what information comes out of this certification.
Vivo X100s Pro appeared on the 3C certification platform
Vivo launched the Vivo
X100 and X100 Pro as the world's first MediaTek Dimension 9300
processor-powered smartphones in China in November last year. The model numbers
of the Chinese variants of both the phones are V2309A and V2324A respectively.
It is rumored that the upcoming Vivo X100S and X100S Pro will have an
additional “H” in their model numbers. Hence, the model numbers of X100S and
X100S Pro are V2309HA and V2324HA respectively.
And now, the Vivo X100S
Pro has been approved by China Compulsory Certification Authority with model
number V2324HA. The 3C certification reveals that a 120W fast charger will be
provided with the device. Earlier, the phone was spotted on the Geek bench
benchmarking database with an overclocked version of the MediaTek Dimension
9300 chipset.
Hence, the Vivo X100S
Pro is expected to be the first phone powered by the MediaTek Dimension 9300
Plus chipset. The Vivo X100S is likely to launch alongside the Pro model with
the same chip. Apart from the new chipset, the Vivo X100s and X100s Pro are expected
to have the same specifications as the X100 and X100 Pro.
