Samsung announced the Galaxy Book 4 laptopGalaxy Book 4laptop series in their home-market about a month ago.
And now this South Korean tech giant is preparing to launch the global lineup including India. But ahead of the launch, the pre-booking of the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 laptop series for Indian buyers has started today. Due to which it is believed that this month's series will enter India.
Aspirants can pre-book the latest
Samsung Galaxy Book 4 laptop series models through the company's website
(Samsung.com), offline Samsung retail stores, leading multi-retail stores and
select e-portals. Customers will be requested to pay a token payment of Rs
1,999 at the time of advance booking. Pre-booking will be completed only after
payment of this amount.
Meanwhile, as part of the sale offer,
a benefit equivalent to Rs 5,000 will be offered with the said laptop series
models. However, detailed information about this benefit has not yet been made
public by the company.
A total of four models will come under
the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 series, namely – Galaxy Book 4 Pro, Book 4 Pro 360,
Book 4 360, and Galaxy Book 4 Ultra. The top-end variant is said to be launched
relatively late. The remaining three models are set to debut later this month.
Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Series
Specifications
Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Pro model will
be launched with Intel Core Ultra 5 / Ultra 7 processor and Intel Arc graphics.
Running Windows 11 operating system, this laptop will be offered in 14-inch or
16-inch AMOLED display size variants with touch option. The notebook will
feature an AKG quad speaker system with Dolby Atmos support for better sound
delivery. Connectivity options include – WiFi 6e, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB Type-C
charging port. For power backup, the device has a 63/76 watt-hour capacity
battery with 65 watt charging support. It will weigh 1.23 kg / 1.56 kg
depending on the display size.
The specifications of the Samsung
Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 laptop remain similar to the above model. However, its
display will support a 360-degree hinge design. Due to which the device can
also be used as a tablet. It will feature a 16-inch AMOLED touch display.
Again, Dolby Atmos supported audio system, S-Pen stylus support and 76 watt
hour battery with 65 watt charging will be found in this laptop. Besides, 16 GB
/ 32 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB / 1 Terabyte storage are available as storage.
The top-end model of the series i.e.
Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Ultra will come with 3K AMOLED display with 120 Hz
refresh rate. It will use Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 / RTX 4050 GPU and Intel Core
Ultra 9 / Ultra 7 processor. Up to 64 GB of LPDRR5X RAM and up to 2 Terabytes
of SSD storage will be available as storage. For connectivity – Thunderbolt 4,
USB Type-A port, and HDMI 2.1 port are included. This laptop will come with a
76 watt-hour capacity battery, which will support 140 watt fast charging
through the USB Type-C port. It will be 16.5 mm thick and weigh 1.86 kg.
Incidentally, in South Korea, the
Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Pro laptop costs 2,150,000 won (approximately Rs.
1,34,100), the Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 variant costs 2,650,000 won (approximately
Rs. 1,65,300) and The Galaxy Book 4 Ultra model was launched at a price of
3,730,000 won (approximately Rs. 2,32,700).
